Summer Camp Information
The 2007 summer camp parent
orientation meeting will be: JUNE 23, 2008 at 7:00PM at
First Presbyterian Church, along with a Troop Court of Honor.
You must submit your heath form and
all other paperwork at any time prior to
this date.

2008 from FENTON COLLISION, 112 W Silver Lake Rd,
Fenton.
EACH SCOUT/ADULT DRIVER SHOULD HAVE EATEN BREAKFAST AND BROUGHT A SACK LUNCH (with drink)
Bicycles and all other gear, plus permission slip and health form should be dropped off at FENTON COLLISION 112 W Silver Lake Rd on July 2nd and 3rd between 6:30PM and 8:30PM unless you make other arrangements directly with Mr. Hussar.

Health Form Requirements Summary and Health Form Links:
Every person attending summer camp MUST have a completed and signed 4 page, new 2008 version of the Tall Pine Council health form, including a physician's signature. A health form from another source that has a valid physician's signature may be stapled to page three of the TPC form and used in lieu of the physician's statement on page 3, but the remainder of the form must be completed.
The physician's signature must be dated on or AFTER July 13, 2005 for youth campers and adults UNDER age 40, provided that they will not be participating in COPE. Adults age 40 and older, and youth campers participating in COPE must have a physician's signature dated on or AFTER July 13, 2007.
Youth campers must also have a parent signature that is dated on or AFTER July 13, 2007. Parents of youth campers should ensure that the people we are authorized to release your son to is current and accurate. If both parents do not sign the form, the parent not signing must be named specifically on the list of persons we may release your son to.

IMPORTANT!
ADULTS ATTENDING CAMP...
Must have 3 reference forms submitted, a signed Behavior Management Policy Form, and a current Youth Protection Training Card (or attend Youth Protection Training on Monday morning at camp). The reference forms can be obtained from the hotlink in the previous sentence, and the camp behavior management policy is contained in the 2007 Tapico Leader Guide and Appendix. Adults are subject to the identical medical and medication procedures as youth campers, and must have their health form available for review and their medications available for turn-in/dispensing at check in.

You will need your BSA ID# (on your membership card) and a high-speed (broadband -- DSL, Cable, Satellite) internet connection. TO ATTEND SUMMER CAMP WITH THE TROOP YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED MEMBER OF THE BSA, AND HAVE COMPLETED YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINING.
